1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Contact form: name, company, phone number, e-mail address, fair and date details, and the content of your message.
• When you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp: the contact details you share and the content of the correspondence.
• When you visit the website: server logs (IP address, browser and device details, time of visit).
• Only if you consent: statistics on how the website is used, collected through Google Analytics (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes

• To respond to your quote and information requests, prepare quotes and hold pre-contract discussions,
• To communicate with you and keep a record of that communication,
• To keep the website secure and working,
• To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights in a dispute,
• If you consent, to analyse how the website is used and improve it.

4. Legal grounds

We process your personal data on the following grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• It is directly necessary for entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c): your quote and information requests,
• Our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): records of communication and the security and operation of the website,
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e),
• Your explicit consent (Art. 5/1): analytics cookies and Google Analytics.

5. How we collect data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp correspondence and, if you consent, cookies.

6. Who we share data with

Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with:

• Hostinger, which provides our website hosting and e-mail,
• Google (Google Analytics), if you consent to analytics,
• Meta (WhatsApp), if you message us on WhatsApp,
• Public authorities, when legally required.

As the servers of these providers may be located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

7. How long we keep data

Data about your request is kept for up to 2 years after the discussion ends. If we enter into a contract, it is kept for the periods required by law (for example the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law). Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when its retention period ends.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can apply to the data controller to:

• Find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Have it deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Have third parties to whom it was transferred notified of any correction, deletion or destruction,
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests about your rights by e-mail to info@ckyexpo.com or in writing to the address above. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest, as set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
